• General Accounting:

  • Maintain general ledger accounts and record daily transactions.

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

  • Review and approve invoices and vendor payments.

  • Close the monthly and annual books.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform business decisions.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

  • Communicate financial information clearly to management and stakeholders.

• Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

  • Audit financial transactions and records for accuracy.

  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.

  • Support other departments with financial-related tasks.

  • Stay updated on accounting software and best practices.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 2 years’ Experience
