Job Description
The salesman is responsible for selling and meeting the assigned sales target. He or she is the qualified sales representative to help sell the Royal Foam, Royal Furniture, YoYo Socks, Bella Tricycle, and Kingdome Real Estate products that our customers rely on.
The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The salesman will be a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.
Plan and execute the sales functions to meet the sales targets of Royal Foam, Royal Furniture, YoYo Socks, Bella Tricycle, and Kingdome Real Estate, as assigned in the respective department.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new and existing sales opportunities.
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close business.
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demonstrations and handle complaints.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demonstrations and presentations.
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
Provide truth-based information on the quality and quantity of our items by comparing them with those of other sellers.
Receive and handle customers with good hospitality to encourage them to buy the company product.
Should follow the uptime and updated market selling price.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
Education:
BA Graduate or Diploma Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from recognized university.
Work Experience
At least One (1) year for BA graduate and Three (3) years for Diploma Graduate relevant work experience
