Job Description

PR/Communications Officer represents a company or organisation to stakeholders and the public. They use communications strategies to promote an understanding of the activities and image of their clients in a favourable way.

Job Requirement

Required Qualification, Experience and competences:

  • BA/MA Degree in Journalism and Communication, Public Relations, Communications and/or other related areas

  • 5+ years’ experience of working in a similar role of communications

  • Verbal, written, proofreading and grammar fluency in English

  • Hands on experience in social media and digital communications tools and platforms

  • Excellent skills in dealing with the media and coordinating background information and interviews

  • Strong computer skills and Knowledge of Audio-visual technologies

  • Understanding of branding and brand management

  • Ability to work well under pressure, proactive and efficient

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team

  • Result orientation

  • Effective Communication

  • Excellent inter-personal and public relations skills

  • Excellent at multitasking
