Job Specifications:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
Identify employee development needs and recommend relevant training.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration:
Support benefits enrollment and administration.
Provide assistance to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
Generate reports and analytics as needed.
Employee Engagement:
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
Legal Compliance:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
Exit Process:
Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Health and Safety:
Assist in implementing health and safety programs.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe working environment.
HR Communications:
Prepare HR-related communications and announcements.
Disseminate information to employees as needed.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by HR management.
Support other HR functions as needed.
Required Number: 1(One)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
