Job Description
Ethiopian Skylight Hotel invites qualified applicants for following vacant job positions.
The primary function of this position is to ensure the integrity and safety of food products throughout the manufacturing process utilizing various standards and established testing methods, operating procedures and adherence to protocols and policies.
Job requirement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of BA/BSc Degree in Hotels Management/Environmental Health/Environmental Science/Food Engineering or related field of studies with minimum of 9 years related work experience out of which minimum of two years in a supervisor or equivalent capacity.
OR
MA/MSc Degree in Hotels Management/Environmental Health/Environmental Science/Food Engineering or related field of studies with minimum of 7 years related work experience out of which minimum of two years in a supervisor or equivalent capacity.
