Job Specifications:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of the offering.
Proposal and Quote Creation:
Prepare and present quotes and proposals to potential customers.
Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely proposals.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
Regularly report on sales performance.
Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to optimize the overall customer experience.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
Use customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Ethical Conduct:
Conduct all sales activities with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Number: 2 (Two)
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
Familiarity with the product or service being sold is advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Technical Proficiency:
