Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

2. Innovation Management: Stay abreast of emerging trends in FinTech and software development. Lead the innovation agenda within the organization, identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to drive innovation and improve business processes.

3. Quality Assurance and Security: Ensure the highest standards of quality and security in all engineering outputs. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and cybersecurity.

4. Budget Management: Manage the engineering budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in FinTech or a related industry.

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse engineering team.

• Expertise in modern software development practices and technologies (e.g., Agile methodologies, cloud computing, AI/ML).

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
