Sales person- for pharmaceuticals inform physicians, hospitals, and drugstore chains about new and existing medical drugs, with the overall aim of encouraging sales. Pharmaceutical sales representatives do not sell such products directly to the public.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Perform marketing research to compare products and grasp the sense of the market

·   Maintain understanding of customer's business, including their decision making process, industry needs and trends, and competitive situation.

·   Arrange visits to potential customers by contacting people and making appointment.

·   Develop customer base for sales

·   Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and how they may be used

·   Build a foundation of trust, credibility and rapport with customers and peers, and remove obstacles to effective collaboration.

·   Notify employer on sales and provide feedback on market directions of new or established products

·   Take orders and report to employer of orders, follow up with customers and make sure all information is sent and the lead moves through the sales cycle

·   Plan to meet sales targets and budgets.

·   Collect payments and report the status to the near supervisor. 

Job Requirements

·   Bachelor's degree in  Pharmacy with 2years of wholesale experience preferred or sales experience in retain wholesales.

·   Motivated, paired with desire to grow your career in marketing and sales

·   Knowledge of the sales process, direct sales experience and proven sales performance preferred

·   Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment

·   Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with a wide variety of personality types at various professional skill-levels

·   Learn to combine the most efficient business processes with interpersonal, one-to-one sales relationships

·   Excellent record keeping ability
