Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our coffee products, drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness both locally and internationally. This role requires a strong understanding of the coffee industry, exceptional marketing skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our coffee products, targeting both B2B (coffee exporters) and B2C (coffee shop customers) segments.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and utilize the findings to inform marketing strategies.

  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum results.

  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive coffee exports.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as coffee buyers, distributors, and other industry partners.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website content, and SEO/SEM activities.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, checking daily market information (ECX) and emerging marketing techniques, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and coffee tastings to showcase our products and engage with potential customers.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

  • Building relationships with Banks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the coffee industry.

  • Strong knowledge of coffee production, processing, and the global coffee market.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.

  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of coffee export regulations and international trade.
