We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Marketing and Communication Lead to join our team. The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for our communications plan and work to enhance brand equity, improve employee engagement and help the business achieve its objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Digital Strategy Development: Lead and executive comprehensive marketing strategies to increase KFT brand awareness. Stay ahead of the industry’s trends and emerging technologies to ensure digital presence.

2.      Presentation and Visualization Marketing: Create visual and impactful presentations to communicate internally and externally. Develop marketing materials that align with strategic objectives.

3.      Campaign Design and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including but not limited to social media and advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and formulate strategies to optimize KPI.

4.      Devising and Implementation: Develop and implement communication plans that convey the company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

5.      Brand Management: Maintain and enhance KFT’s brand through developing consistent digital identity across all communication channels.

6.      Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and present regular reports to SLT on marketing and communication performance.

7.      Budget Management: Management effectively marketing and communication budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Work closely with finance team to track and report on budget expenditures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

·         BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or any related fields

·         10+ years of experience in related positions.

·         Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.

·         Strong proficiency in presentation design and visualization tools.

·         In-depth knowledge of campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.

·         Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·         Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

·         Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
