General mission
provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested walk-in parties regarding the company products and services and offers within the organization
· Welcome clients entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and re-direct them to the responsible staff.
· Handling and maintain clients’ queries and record logbooks professionally and provide relevant information to customers who visit or call.
· Maintaining the reception area clean and organize things in front office and ensure the orderliness of the office
· Explain the company’s policies and procedures to walk in the customers.
· Assist managements in scheduling appointments, meetings, preparing correspondence and maintain and update appointment calendars
· Ensure all office supplies and stationeries are available for the day and report to immediate superior in case any shortage
· Providing information to the team, (supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person)
· Maintain correspondences and relevant company records/documents/ in CRM and off the system
· Receive, record and forward mails, messages, records or letters to the concern officers or supervisors
· Generating sales leads productively as required
· Perform any other assignments provided by responsible party

BA Degree/Diploma/Level II/IV in secretarial science and office management, Management, front office management, salesmanship or other related field with at least 1/2 year experience in reception or similar roles
