Cloud engineers are responsible for the design, planning, management and maintenance of cloud-based systems. They develop and implement cloud-applications, handle the migration of existing on-premise applications to the cloud, and debug cloud stacks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and technical support of HUAWEI CLOUD Stack.

• Customer requirements gathering, understanding and translating them into solution architecture, partner’s spec, requirements, designs, integration and joint development process with customers and Partners.

• Manage key customer voices, resolve key customer issues, and manage customer satisfaction.

• Identify and close high-value requirements and key product issues in projects, and continuously drive product competitiveness improvement.

Job Requirements

Education and experience:

• Computer or Information Technology related degree, a Master Degree is Preferred

• 2+ years working experience in IT or Cloud project delivery with successful case or as core member 

Language: English

Required professional skills

• Technical knowledge background in areas such as storage, server, network, virtualisation, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, ..

• An international experience(AWS, Google) would be highly preferred

• Excellent English in both verbal and written

Required soft skills

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results

• Experience working autonomously and prioritising multiple competing priorities

• Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources
