Financial Supervisors handle all the matters in reference to the finance and investments of a company. They manage financial operations of companies such as the assets, liabilities, equity and cash flow aiming to maintain the financial health of the company and operative viability. Financial managers evaluate the strategic plans of the company in financial terms, maintain transparent financial operations for taxation and auditing bodies, and create the financial statements of the company at the end of the fiscal year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility (not all inclusive)

• Ensure the validity, completeness & quality of payment documents

• Forecasting financial results, overseeing the budgets and conducting cost management.

• Recommending cost reduction strategies and preparing financial reports

• Implement/execute the collection policies and procedures to ensure proper receivable management and due collections control.

• Ensure all the section teams are working cooperatively with full knowledge for their assignment

• Facilitate training when required and give attention for mentoring and coaching the teams

• Provides all required information and prepare periodic reports to finance Director

Job Requirement

Qualification Required and Experience:

• MA/BA Degree in Accounting/ Business administration or related field of study with at least 5/7-year experience in finance activities and three of it should be in a senior position

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

• Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
