Job Details:

• Overall Responsibility for Overlooking all our business operations, Audit & Controls Staff management/Supervision Promotion, development and monitoring trade Management of relations and interactions with all our sub-dealers/customers, business operations in the shop and Any other duties as delegated by the management

Key Responsibilities: -

• Support achievement of set sales targets i.e. daily, weekly, quarterly and annually as given

• Prepare and plan sales and promotion programs aimed at expansion of customer base, share growth e.g. Sales promotions, Road shows, phone fairsetc in the region of responsibility.

• Perform market analysis for existing market and for new potential penetration in the region - Ensure that we keep and get new customers in the region.

• Ensure shop assistants are delivering excellent service in order to drive number one customer care

• To effectively manage staff through effective monitoring of performance, Ensure teamwork and coordination on the floor and advising the HR Department on the same.

• Undertake market visit and planned coaching for team

• Follow up tasks raised in daily morning meetings and flag issues when required

• To ensure that all things are in place in the outlet to facilitate smooth operation.

• Receipt of cash from customers, banking (where applicable) and reconciliation against sales summaries, checking counterfeit notes.

• To comply and conform for any audit queries and process as directed from the business

Key performance indicators

• Ensuring they have stocks and all support needed to optimally push sales.

• Check daily banking for all branches in coordination with the Finance head.

• Effective execution of sales programs as per targets set in the plan (number of promotions/Roadshow held).

• Market share and growth -

• Staff attendance, activities.

• Send daily shop operation report to concerned parties.

Education & Experience: -

• Degree and above from a recognized college or university.

• Minimum 5-year business management related sales experience

• English language both written and spoken are mandatory.( The one who can understand and speak the Language that is spoken around welkite is more preferable )

• Literacy in computer applications and software’s are needed - Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.

• Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.

• Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.

• Good listening and critical problem-solving skills. - Preferable for Customer relationship management software (CRM or ERP) experience
