Job Description
General Maintenance Technician I Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building. Receiving and responding to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises. Maintaining the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems within the structure.
Job Requirement
Required Minimum Level of Education : From recognized college/TVET 10+3 or level IV diploma in General Mechanics/ Electricity/ Carpentry/ Building Technology/ Plumbing or in other relevant field of study Or From recognized college/TVET level II /10+2/ certificate in General Mechanics/Electricity/ Carpentry/ Building Technology/ Plumbing or in other relevant field of study
Experience: 2 years related work experience Or 4 years related work experience
Duty Satiation: Addis Ababa
