To support the revenue growth by serving as interface between the company and its customers through maintaining relationships, answering queries, and offering advice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with regular prospects/ customers.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain potential customer contact records, and handle inquiries quickly and professionally.

• Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with the demand.

• Produce innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets on time.

• be knowledgeable and provide information that is comprehensive enough to satisfy  customers’ request

• Handling difficult customers and grievances

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
