Job Summary

The Alternate Channel Administrator Online is responsible for participating in the development of online in-house digital solutions/platforms and providing system support. In addition, the role holder is responsible to demonstrate the ability to interpret and articulate business needs and provide business solutions.

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Job Requirements

Experience

At least four (4) years relevant experience.

Understands the basic mechanisms of general systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

 Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.

 Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

 Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

 Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.

 Understands the basic mechanisms of general in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.

 Understands the basic mechanisms of general with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
