Job Description
Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.

Front Desk Operations
Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Communication
Effectively communicate information to guests and internal staff.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's services.
Visitor Assistance
Ensure proper sign-in procedures for visitors and issue visitor badges.
Direct visitors to the relevant person or department.
Reservation and Coordination
Manage conference room reservations and coordinate meeting logistics.
Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees or guests.
Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, calls, and appointments.
Contribute to the organization and maintenance of office filing systems.
Diploma in Secretrial Sceince or related fields
Minimum of 1 year up to 2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Familiarity with office equipment and telephone systems
Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
