Key Responsibilities:

·         Provide strategic technical leadership to shape the engineering vision and drive the development of scalable, robust, and high-performance FinTech solutions.

·         Develop and execute strategies to ensure seamless national and international scalability while maintaining optimal system performance in the face of high volumes of user requests.

·         Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·         Establish and maintain best practices for system reliability, implementing redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery measures to minimize downtime and ensure system resilience.

·         Define and evolve the technical architecture and infrastructure, including cloud solutions, databases, and microservices, to support the growth of the FinTech platform.

·         Collaborate closely with security and compliance teams to uphold strict security and regulatory standards within the FinTech industry, ensuring that all engineering practices align with these requirements. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 10 years of engineering leadership experience, with a significant portion of that experience in the FinTech or financial services industry.

·         Demonstrated success in scaling complex, high-transaction-volume systems nationally and internationally.

·         Strong technical background and expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

·         Proven ability to manage and mentor large engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
