Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Expertly handle the end-to-end process of letters of credit, from issuance to negotiation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

·         Conduct meticulous reviews of all documents related to letters of credit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified terms and conditions.

·         Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth letter of credit transactions.

·         Stay abreast of international trade regulations and ensure strict compliance throughout the letter of credit process.

·         Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to letter of credit transactions, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.

·         Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and offering solutions related to letter of credit matters.

·         Assess and manage risks associated with letter of credit transactions, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

·         Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of letter of credit processes.

Job Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in international trade finance, trade operations, LC or a similar field.

Competency/Prerequisites:

·         Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

·         Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
