Job Requirement

Qualification: 

• BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields

Experience: 

• Five/5years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which two /2 year on officer position.

• To implement learning and development programs aimed at ensuring the continuous existence of highly competent employees equipped with the specific competencies required to achieve the banks vision, mission and strategic focus.
