Job Description

Compose letters or electronic correspondence in reply to requests for merchandise, damage claims, credit and other information, delinquent accounts, incorrect billings, or unsatisfactory services. Duties may include gathering data to formulate reply and preparing correspondence.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:BA/BSC Degree College Diploma + TVET level IV in social studies and computer skills is mandatory.

  • Work experience and skills: 0 years for BA/BSC or 2 years for Diploma + TVET level IV, Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
