MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transforming Program participants and their families from dependence to an empowered worldview

• Increase targeted smallholder farmers who practice sustainable natural resource management

• Increase Households practicing Disaster Risk Reduction strategies

• Families increase their savings through Saving Groups

• Increased capacity of Saving for Transformation Groups and their members to diversify income source through Financial Service Providers (FSP) linkage

• Enhance program performance

• Strategic alignment and compliance with World Vision International, World Vision East Africa Regional Office, World Vision National Office and government directions, policies and guidelines

• Effective and efficient service provision

Job Requirements

Required Education, training, licence, registration and certification

• BSc. in Agriculture, Economics and any related fields from accredited university or colleges

• Technical training in Water Resource/ Hydraulic engineering and other related fields

Required Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience on Livelihood and Related activities

Preferred knowledge and qualification

• Experience in other NGO

• Experience in Water supply schemes supervision

• Proficient in using Microsoft office

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement

• 10% field

• 90% at Area Program
