Hirdaramani Garment PLC Ethiopia is a modern garment manufacturing plant in Hawassa region with more than 1500 work force. The company is looking for a qualified Training Instructor with the below qualifications. The position is entitled to an attractive perks and benefits package.  

Primary Responsibilities And Duties

• Train sewing trainees on how to operate sewing machines and sewing techniques; make sure skill pass rate as per requested skill grade, headcount plan, and timeline; 

• Check and train sewing trainees on mindset of making good quality garments;

• Train sewing trainees to control sewing machine and tools, self-maintenance;

• Arrange and make sure enough the place, machines and material for sewing trainees during the training period;

• Liaison with Production Managers to arrange and guide sewing trainees to production lines after they complete training program successfully;

Job Requirements

Required Qualification And Experience

• Good sewing skills and teaching skills;

• Strong background with fabrics and related finishing processes;

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
