• Worked as an RF engineer and was responsible for wireless and mobile network optimization.

• Participate in network quality improvement, do the DT analysis of user experience of voice and data services, output the issue root cause and optimization proposal, optimization adjustment, effect evaluation and summary, and conduct technical communication and report with the customer.

Job Requirements

Project Experience :

• Be proficient in using Huawei Genex PHU/Assistance and be familiar with Huawei wireless devices and OSS platforms.

Language Skill:

• English

Skills or Certificate Requirements:

• Be familiar with the DT, DT analysis, and key indicators of various service tests. Have good understanding of UMTS/LTE basic principles, handover algorithms, and key parameters. Knowledge of 5G is preferred.

• Be familiar with DT/CQT test methods and processes. Have a good command of foreground test and background analysis tools, such as Probe, Nemo, Assistant, and Actix.

• Have OSS operation capabilities and experience, such as Huawei U2020.

• Be able to analyze traffic statistics using the PRS.
