General Objective:

• Perform the financial (accounting) activities according to the Finance Department Annual Plan and the Organization mission. The job-holder is responsible for the implementation of the work to the required quality, cost and time.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare payment request (PR) for all expenditures, Petty Cash Payment Voucher & Check Payment Vouchers for all expenditures.

• Prepare petty cash summary report for replenishment.

• Prepare monthly cash source and use report, Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly summary report for Payment requested, Payment effected, Payment effected by suspense, Payment not effected, and Balance.

• Prepare summary report for Income tax & pension on a monthly basis for both Head office & projects.

• Record subcontract payments.

• Prepare & arrange summery & documents for VAT refunds.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:-

• BA degree in Accounting and related

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years related experience ( experience on merchandising and construction industry is more advantageous)
