Purpose of the Job: 

To support the profitability of the service line by carrying out assignments diligently and timely as per the firm’s professional standard, handling multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring quality deliverables in every assignment, conduct market research, develop business strategies, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities and maintaining the relationship with existing clients. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's vision, mission and services, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives;

  • Plans and executes business development programs to expand market share and customer acceptance that leads to revenue growth;

  • Assist with preparing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required;

  • Research organizations to identify new leads and new markets;

  • Gathering and maintaining client information in the database;

  • Identify new business opportunities, partners and promote the firm’s services to new and potential clients;

  • Assist in arranging business meetings with prospective clients;

  • Organizes regular client visit to prospect customers, officials and other stakeholders;

  • Attend networking events, different meetings, official events, promotional activities and government-led seminars to enhance the firm’s visibility;

  • Communicate with existing clients regarding new developments in the firm and maintain long-lasting relationships;

  • Assist in providing feedback and after-sales support during the lifecycle of an advisory engagement;

  • Assesses the attitude of the customers’ experience towards the Firm and report the result to the Partners on a regular basis;

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans;

  • Working closely with staff across service lines to implement growth strategies;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Required

  • BA in Business Management, Marketing, Sales and other related fields.

  • 2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, Business Consulting, Marketing and related fields.

Certification or License Required

  • No

Ability and Skill Required

  • Having a good understanding on business development process and tools.

  • Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team spirit/working in a team.

  • Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.

  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing.

  • Disciplined, organized.

  • Open-minded, self-learner.
