Major responsibilities

The Audit Manager will

  • oversee teams of auditors, involves in talent management through continuous staff evaluation.

  • will manage relationships with clients,

  • manages audit engagements and advises on risk management, and

  • develops and implements audit plans, programs and procedures.

  • He/she should be effective in teamwork during the assignment and Proactivity and readiness to learn. He/she should demonstrate competency and proficiency in technical matters including sampling techniques, execution of detail testing and test of control and report writing. 

Remuneration: Very attractive remuneration (salary, medical, transport and housing allowances included). 

Job Requirements

Education, experience, and skills required for

  • Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or a related field

  • ACCA certification is required.

  • with good experience in audits of not-for-profit Organizations,

  • Excellent knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations

  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit engagements.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);

  • Proficiency with Microsoft-Excel,

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.

  • Prior experience in a reputable firm is an advantage.

  • Result-and-profit-oriented, with the ability to balance other business considerations.

  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities; participative management style, advocate of team concept; and

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant working experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in auditing and at least 1 year as an audit manager
