Job Requirement

Education Qualification

• BA/BSC Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a similar field;

• A Postgraduate Degree in supply chain management or a professional qualification in supply chain management will be an advantage.

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement;

• At least 3 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of procurement plans; experience in the development of tender dossiers;

• Experience in international procurement process is a distinct advantage;

• Experience in EU procurement procedure is an advantage; experience in the preparation and maintenance of procurement operations and records of EU or donor-funded grants or projects is an advantage; proven experience in vehicle and asset management;

• Proven experience in supporting financial processes is an advantage;

• Proven experience in supporting administrative processes is an advantage

duty station is Addis Ababa (Federal Supreme Court)
