Job Description

REALITY REAL ESTATE is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Addis Ababa which specializes in building luxury apartments, commercial and Office buildings.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Greets and welcome guests and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office;

  • Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office;

  • Answers or forward incoming phone calls to concerned staff;

  • Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material;  

  • Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to customers;

  • Prepares correspondences and emails; and keeps files in a proper manner;

  • Receive, sorts and sends documents to the receiver; 

  • Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (visitors badges);

  • organize s and makes arrangements for appointments and meetings;

  • Carries out photocopying, binding, scanning of documents;

  • Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing , etc.; 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  •  Bachelor Degree in Secretary Science and Office Management or related fields with a minimum of 4 years work experience out of which 2 years in similar position in construction or real estate sector.

Competencies:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front office Representative or similar role

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Communication and teamwork

  • Multitasking and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Good English writing skills

  • Trust worthiness
