Job Description

  • Executive Secretary Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Background:Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Management or in a related field with relevant work experience in a senior secretarial position

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Senior Secretarial Roles in a Well-known company
