As a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to excellence in healthcare. This position requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in medical laboratory science.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and conduct complex laboratory tests and analyses with precision.
Manage and mentor junior laboratory staff, providing guidance and training.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test results.
Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and technology to enhance diagnostic capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Valid certification and licensure in Medical Laboratory Technology.
In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
