Duties and Responsibilities:

As General Accounting Manager, under the direct supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible to establish a reliable accounting and reporting system that enhances the financial decision-making process of the Company by monitoring timely preparations of financial reports and conducting a close follow-up on the Company’s compliance with all financial and regulatory obligations.

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities

·         Master’s degree or BA degree in accounting & Finance or related fields.

·         Six (6) or eight 8 years of relevant experience of which three (3) or four (4) at senior management level respectively.

·         Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

·         Working knowledge of risk management, budget, and forecasting tools

·         Accounting knowledge (IFRS and taxation)

·         External financial and regulatory reporting knowledge

·         Understanding financial information systems and informational needs of decision makers

·         Understanding of systems, processes, and internal controls over financial information

·         Leadership and influence, Communication/ presentation skills and executive presence

·         Personal integrity, ethics, ability to identify ethical dilemmas and make ethical decisions.
