Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research potential suppliers, compare and evaluate Proforma from them, and select Proformas based on requirements

• Follow purchase requests, and purchase orders and ensure on-time purchase

• Review quality of purchased products with the respective department

• Managing the purchasers, avoiding any kind of fraud

• Following, updating, and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

• Giving insight into what our biggest purchasing expenses are and where the quick savings are.

• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and frequently updating supplier database

• Follow purchase order status with the finance manager and purchasing officer.

• Careful review of performance evaluation for staff under this position.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting, Logistic supply management or related fields

• Have minimum of 5 years as a senior purchaser or related.

• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Ms- Word, Excel, and other skills
