Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
In preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client
In preparation of Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and related tasks of building projects.
Carry out the architectural design review,
Review the compatibility of the architectural design with structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical designs
Prepare reports, design drawings, architectural design presentation
Conduct site visits
Project follow up and periodic supervision
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Software requirements:
Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCad, sketchup
Rendering: Lumion, V-ray & 3D-max
Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study
