Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • In preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client

  • In preparation of Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and related tasks of building projects.

  • Carry out the architectural design review,

  • Review the compatibility of the architectural design with structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical designs

  • Prepare reports, design drawings, architectural design presentation

  • Conduct site visits

  • Project follow up and periodic supervision

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Software requirements:

  • Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCad, sketchup

  • Rendering: Lumion, V-ray & 3D-max

  • Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
