Job Summary

The Senior Systems is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or any other equivalent field.

 Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

Experience

At least five (5) years of relevant experience.

Required Technical Competency

Experienced Service Management professional.

 Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.

 Knowledge of ITIL disciplines.

 Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.

 Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing and  switching

 Able to troubleshoot IT equipment
