Job Description
To give overall administrative and secretarial services
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Convert, edit, compile and print documents
Preparing letters, reports, presentations and minutes of meetings
Scheduling meetings and appointment
Receive and serve office visitors and direct them appropriately
Initiate and complete business revenue process periodically
Follow-up and settle payments from clients
Manage office-related matters such as business license renewals
Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
BSc Degree in CoTM or Civil Engineering
Minimum of one year experience in engineering related office
