Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Education:
BA (Diploma) in Secretarial Science and Office Management
General Experience:
At least 6/8 years for BA/ Diploma as Secretary/office manager in the construction industry with minimum of 4/6 years as Executive Secretary
Specific Experience:
Capable of organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule, as well as performing various office administrative tasks.
exceptional time-management and multitasking skills required to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Experience of maintaining electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible is required.
Experience of proper file/document management and correspondence drafting required, skill of handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondences is required
Capable of organizing/attending meetings, high level of understanding and keeping minutes for record is required.
