• Manager – IT Service are responsible for the monitoring of all IT-related processes and projects. In this context, they solve problems, eliminate errors and malfunctions and act as contact persons for all IT-related matters.

Job Requirement

• Education: MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, ICT or related fields.

  • Certification in Oracle, Cisco, Core insurance system administration is advantageous

• Experience: Twelve/Ten years proven & relevant post qualification experience out of which two years in managerial/section head position. (Insurance experience is advantageous).

Knowledge & Skill

• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

• Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Team player & capable of motivating staff working with full commitment and initiative.

• Excellent diagnostic skill.
