Under supervision of  Supply  /WH/Manager, Carries out receiving, storing, recording and issuing of finished goods as per procedures; assumes custodial responsibility and accountability for received goods; takes annual inventory and as required..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Receives, stores, records and issues finished goods  and other items as per store guidelines and authorizations.

• Receives goods and checks for quality. Quantity, weight, and unit against documents and stocks goods in their appropriate storage location; assumes custodial responsibility for goods received.

• Receives stores requisitions, verifies for completeness and authorization and issues requested items upon signature of recipient;

• Receives returned goods as per goods return note and records on stock card and places on assigned location;

• v Takes appropriate safety precautions and security measures to protect stock items;

• Checks and reconciles actual stock items against stock balances.

• Reports on time damaged, perished, and missing items to immediate supervisor.

• Makes continual follow-up of stock level, reports items before minimum stock level is reached and requests replenishments;

• Keeps store safe and clean and makes sure that safety regulations are observed at all times;

• Conducts physical inventory counts per company procedures;

• Performs other related duties  as may be required.

• Periodically review all Food safety Procedures and interaction to Ensure they remain current.

• Company's prerequisite program and ensure that PRPs are implemented, Monitored and communicated to the appropriate parties and Periodically review PRPs.

• Implement, document, maintain and continually improv the food safty  Management System (ISO 220001:2015)

Environmental Management system

• Ensure compliance with the relevant requirements of local, national and international laws related to environmental standards and end client’s environmental requirements.

• Recognize and aim for continuous improvement on protection and preservation of the environment with a focus on reducing resource consumption, recycling, and reducing green house gas emissions, no net deforestations)  as well as innovation to reduce environmental impact.

• Ensure reduction targets (environmental objectives) are in place for environmental aspects e.g. water consumption and discharge, waste, energy and green house gas emissions.

• Determine environmental aspects and impacts and devise method to prevent or reduce these environmental impacts.

• Retain list of chemicals used and control them as per their material safety data sheet, legal and client requirements. Also properly handle and manage hazardous materials and wastes.

• Use R rules (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rethink, etc) to avoid or minimize discharges to water, emissions to air and disposal to land.

• Ensure sustainably use the natural resources such as water, raw materials, energy and other resources. And also accurately measure and monitor consumption (usage and waste performances) of key utilities and natural resources that follows recognized protocols or standards.

• Implement, document, maintain and continually improve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015).

 Qualification Required:

•  College Diploma (10+3) in Supply Management ,Accounting  or T/V  (10+2) in Commercial Stream.

   Experience

•  Minimum of 3/5 years of relevant Experience respectively
