Job Description

  • Customer Service Manager (CSM I) answering questions from clients and resolving problems, setting goals to meet the needs of each team member as well as monitoring the progress of customer cases in their company's tracking system.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking& Finance or related fields.

  • Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience. Out of which  1 Year in Senior Officer  and equivalent position

Location /workplace: Addis Ababa, Adama, Diredawa, Tepi & Hawassa Branches
