Job Description
Under the guidance of the Capacity Building Director, the IST Assistant, and Data Base Officer support planning, designing and implementation of quality IST provision in collaboration with MoH, EPHI and RHBs with major focus on HIV/AIDS program , and over all coordination of IST provision including capturing all essential IST data keeping into the data base make periodic report and avail all reports related to CPD.
Entered, record and Update Participant and trainer information into T&E data base and HRIS.
Record all essential information related to IST in COP 23.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and annual Complete reports on IST performance availed shared to stake holders.
Assist in the organization of IST and produce all information and communicate to all advisors within ICAP for effective implementations of the planned IST.
Avail all the essential logistics related to IST.
Ensure that for each IST TIMS have been properly collected.
Ensure that Monthly, Quarterly, and annual ToT pools shared to stake holders.
Facilitate effective & successful IST provision.
Ensure that update IST training materials are printed and distributed as per the training requirement.
Prepare an invitation letter and ensure that early submission to stake holders,
Using the endorsed certificate template make a print get signed by appropriate signatories and ensure handing over.
Ensure that each certificate should bear appropriate CEU.
Prepare all the necessary document for yearly based renewal process of CPD licensing.
Ensure that early communication has been done to FAD for fast transaction of trainees peridium.
Sumit to FAD the profile of each trainee with in two days of commencing the training for financial processing.
Ensure that the vender profile are submitted to FAD keeping the regulation intact.
Assist IST advisor in monitoring the utilization of IST budget.
Perform other tasks given from RPS director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
BSc/BA/ in health-related fields, MPH is an advantage, with 5 years’ experience in managing capacity building program or IST.
Experience in IST provision IN HIV/AIDS program.
Experience in teaching, mentoring, organizing, and conducting training.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer skills (MS Office and statistical packages).
