Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Procurement and Supply Manager to be responsible for the overall purchasing and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, supervising, organizing, directing, monitoring and managing the day-to-day warehouse operation

  • Develop and implement the warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes of loading and unloading

  • Ensure the company’s physical assets (equipment, inventory, etc.) are properly controlled, maintained, protected and utilized.

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

  • Ensuring that products are delivered on schedule and to the correct destination.

  • Track the outstanding inventory levels and order finished item and identify fast moving items in a timely manner

  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and communicate and collaborate with other team members

  • Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

  • Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets

  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing the policies and strategies by complying with legal rules and regulations.

  • Establish Transportation & Supplies distribution Schedules & monitoring

  • Supervise of purchasing activities.

  • Review and prepare workflow, manning the space requirements, equipment layout and handle loading and unloading activity to ensuring to reach at the top level of working quality and customer service standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics (Procurement and Supply Manager 

  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management, especially in Real-estate or Construction firms. 

  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

  • Proficient in standard logistics software.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain.

  • 6+ years of experience is required.
