Job Description
Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Qualification and Work Experience: BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science And Office Management, Administrative Secretary, Administrative Office And Secretarial Technology, Office Administration And Secretarial Technology, Customer Contact And Secretarial Operations Coordination Or Related Fields On Secretarial Science And Office Management Or Administrative Secretary Or Administrative Office And Secretarial Technology Or Office Administration And Secretarial Technology Or Customer Contact And Secretarial Operations Coordination with 6/4 years of Related experience
