Our Company SBG industry PLC /Juice Line/ seeks to hire competent, experienced & aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Blow Molder Operator operates machines by following the given start up, operate, trouble shoot and shut down operating instructions.

• The Blow Molder Operator ensures that the heater and blowing pressure properly set

• The Blow Molder Operator frequently checking the bottle quality

• The Blow Molder Operator closely monitor the cooling water temperature.

• The Blow Molder Operator closely monitor the high and low pressure air compressor for the plant

• The Blow Molder Operator has to operate and manage blow molding machine in a way that results in a properly blown bottle in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

• Check and confirm the preforms before it is damped into the hopper

• Collaborate with production shift supervisor for repairs of equipment and machinery as needed to maintain operations on schedule.

• Ensure the safety of fellow workers and adhere to all safety procedures and safe equipment use in the performance of their job.

• Blows heated preforms by controlling their temperature settings as per the SKUs and mass the preforms so as to get standard and defect free blown bottles.

• Regulates the quality of the bottles, cools and pass over it to the next process.

• Avoids waste and reduce time taken for changeovers, setups and adjustments.

• Ensures that all machine components are tightened properly for proper production.

• Lubricates key components of the machines for safety operation.

• Replaces parts of the machines and assist with overhauls.

• Make sure the waste is minimized and the work floor/machine is clean.

• Predicts break downs and minor steps and carries out improvements to reduce these,

• Carries out improvements to extend the life of machine parts.

• Inspects and maintains cleanliness of the machines and the work environment.

• Improves safety of work and machinery.

• Properly/correctly fill the format/report and submit at the end of each shift

• Perform other related job when the order comes from the immediate boss.

• Understand the range within which the static and dynamic precision of machinery must be maintained, and check these

• Understand the root causes of quality defect

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Ability to do routine work

• Stable i.e. being able to do the same work for years on end.

Required Education and Experience: - 

• Level four or advance diploma in General Mechanics or equivalent and 3 years of related experience and familiar with linear type blowing machines
