Our Company SBG industry PLC /Juice Line/ seeks to hire competent, experienced & aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and machinery in the process/syrup room for the production of fruit drinks products.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and efficient processing of ingredients and materials.

• Requests all the required sugar, pulp and preservatives and other ingredients from the store for the preparation of syrup.

• Monitor availability and utilization of resources;

• Measure and mix ingredients according to specified recipes and formulas to achieve the desired flavor, consistency, and quality.

• Monitor and adjust process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and ingredient ratios, to maintain product quality and meet production targets.

• Collaborate with the quality team to collect samples, perform tests, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

• Perform routine checks and inspections of equipment, ensuring proper functioning, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

• Implement corrective actions in consultation with Production Supervisor and strong follow up and supervision of Quality Crew.

• Do cleaning and sanitation and CIP of processing machineries as per the schedule in collaboration with Quality Crew in order to ensure food safety.

• Keep all relevant areas clean and tidy.

• Mix the cleaning and sanitizing chemicals require for cleaning the machinery and equipment.

• Document production data, including batch records, process parameters, and quality control results accurately and in a timely manner.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

• Monitor and inspect the machines’ performance on daily basis.

• Ensures that all machine components are tightened properly for proper production.

• Operates machines by following the given start up, operate, trouble shoot and shut down operating instructions.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.

• Implement the scheduled maintenance plan and ensure maintenance quality.

• Generate Notification with the root cause of the problem.

• Inspect and report basic parameters of syrup making process

• Utilize Health and safety issues (over all, caps, ear muffs, goggle, etc).

• Avoids waste and reduce time taken for changeovers, setups and adjustments.

• Predicts break downs and minor steps and carries out improvements to reduce these.

• Inspects and maintains cleanliness of the machines and the work environment.

• Improves safety of work and machinery.

• Perform other related job when the order comes from the immediate boss.

Required Education and Experience: -

•  Level four or advance diploma in General Mechanics or equivalent and 3 years of syrup or processing room operation experiences.
