Our Company SBG industry PLC /Juice Line/ seeks to hire competent, experienced & aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The filler operator has to operate and manage filling machine in a way that results in a properly filled and product in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Checks and maintains molded bottles and capes regularly for the filling activity

• Adjust and update the filling and capping machines for the day today smooth operation.

• Checks the cleanliness of the bottles and caps and rinsing the correct bottles before starting filling and filler settings properly done.

• Fills the bottles carefully with the given capacity, caps it passes over it to sitter.

• Ensures that all machine components are tightened properly for proper production.

• Operates machines by following the given start up, operate, trouble shoot and shut down operating instructions.

• Do filler CIP as the procedure in collaboration with syrup room operators and quality crew

• Bottles without any defects and foreign matter like filling tubes

• Implement the scheduled maintenance plan and ensure maintenance quality.

• Generate notification with the root cause of the problem.

• Implement corrective actions in consultation with Production Supervisor.

• Runs machines at rated speed.

• Eliminate potential production bottlenecks from the machine.

• Monitor availability and utilization of resources;

• Do minor maintenance activities on the machines.

• Keep record of daily maintenance activity, observation and incongruity

• Keep his working environment/area and protective clothing neat

• Replaces parts of the machines and assist with overhauls.

• Avoids waste and reduce time taken for changeovers, setups and adjustments.

•  Predicts break downs and minor steps and carries out improvements to reduce these,

• Carries out improvements to extend the life of machine parts.

• Inspects and maintains cleanliness of the machines and the work environment.

• Improves safety of work and machinery.

• Performs other deities as required.

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience: - Level four or advance diploma in General Mechanics or equivalent and 3 years of related experience and familiar with linear type blowing machines
