We are seeking an enthusiastic and young ambitious instructor fluent in communicating both in English and Amharic. Mastering the four skills of English is Mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of english-speaking students.

• Teach Amharic language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters cultural understanding.

• Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to different learning styles.

• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support as needed.

• Incorporate cultural elements and real-life situations into the curriculum

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in linguistic or other related fields

Experience:

• 0-3 years in a similar role
