GARAD Plc under this Job Description presumes and hold the role holder generally responsible but not limited to our shop operation as Sales Coordinator and assist customers at our retail Shops.

Sales Coordinator job description

A Sales Coordinator is a professional who oversees a sales team and ensures quotas are being met for the company. They act as a liaison by providing valuable feedback from the customers and sales team to upper management.

Sales Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, recording, tracking feedback on all the Shop KPIs, and communicating relevant information.

  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

  • Ensure adherence to statuary and regulatory laws and policies

  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly, Quarterly, And annual inventory per shops and Factory Stores.

  • Evaluate damaged goods /items and ensure their accountability and protect the quality of all saleable items.

  • Involve in Operation strategic planning and ensure goals are achieved as per plan.

 Job brief

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the shop sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Job Level: Middle_ Level 4

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)

  • Proficiency in English

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A team player with high level of dedication

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business administration, Economics, or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
