ZERGAW CSP seeks to employ experienced sales experts, with a demonstrable passion to sell ICT products, and with the following requirements and skills. 

  • Educational background: Preferable from Marketing and sales disciplines. 

  • Experience - one year of work experience,

  • Job Title - Intermediate Technology Sales Expert. 

  • Work location: Addis Ababa. 

  • Report to: Sales Team Leader

  • Employment process: Applicants who pass phone and in-person interviews are hired and the employment will be for an indefinite period.

  • Software skills: Proficiency in MS Offices and working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. 

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Amharic and English languages

The Senior Technology Sales Experts are expected to handle the following specific tasks. 

  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales cycle from generating leads to closing revenue opportunities around ZERGAW ISP’s ICT Services for small, medium, and large enterprises. 

  • Knowledge of our company's technology services and ability to present them to customer. 

  • Ensure agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. 

  • Periodically generate plans, submit performance reports and maintain historical sales records using the company's ERP.

  • Continuously update his/herself professional and technical knowledge.

  • Has good interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and work prioritization skills. 

  • Understands and implements discretion and confidentiality of company information. 

  • Flexibly work on other tasks, as requested by the company.
